Time for a follow up on this happening from two weeks ago. Stormie Mills repainted his wall with a piece titled The Passing of Freedom. Sadly the developers have placed a fence along the front of the vacant block obscuring it from the road, but if you want to drop in and have a look you can get access from the lane way off Stuart St. You'll work it out...
