Her name is Natsumi Hayashi, she is a photographer in Tokyo and she takes incredible levitation photos. She posts her photos on her website yowayowacamera.com. Some examples below but make sure you check out her page for so many more. By the way, she's not hanging by ropes here. She jumps into the air and has to get it exactly right and capture the exact moment, to make it appear that she's levitating. Good stuff....
