Depression is a disease that gets way too little attention.
I awoke this morning to the news that Paul Hester, the drummer from crowded house had killed himself, yep you remember the happy, bubbly, whacky guy who played drums for them. Well not so true a description it seems, well not recently anyways. If you are depressed or have problems try calling Care Ring on 136 169 or Lifeline on 131 114.
